Are you accepting new patients?
We are pleased to inform you that most of our providers are currently accepting new patients. If you're ready to schedule an appointment for medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or mental health services, kindly complete our "Client Request Form." Do you accept insurance?
Insurance reimbursement is available for many of our services. To better understand your specific policy and identify which providers are in-network, we encourage you to call the number on your insurance card. Your insurance provider can offer you the most accurate information about your plan. For services not eligible for insurance reimbursement, we do accept cash, HSA, or flex spending options. Superbills are available upon request.

How do I access my patient portal?
As an established patient, you can easily use the athenahealth patient portal to access your records, view your test results, pay your bill, and much more. For more information about the portal's features, please visit athenahealth. If you require assistance accessing your account, don't hesitate to call us at 563-207-8932. Please note that the portal does not support scheduling, changing, or canceling appointments.

What is your late cancellation / no-show policy?
Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows will incur a fee of up to $50.
Workshops: Full payment will be charged for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows.
Fitness/Yoga: For classes, cancellations with less than 3 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the amount of a single session for that class. Punch cards or unlimited packages will not be used in place of this charge. For private sessions, cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows will incur a fee of up to $50.
We recognize that unexpected situations can occur, and we reserve the right to waive the late cancellation or no-show fee at our discretion. However, as a small business, we kindly ask for your understanding and respect by arriving on time for your appointments. Your cooperation helps us maintain a smooth schedule for all our clients.
