If you are coming for reflexology to help with anxiety/stress, pain, allergies, insomnia (just to name a few) or for some other disease or disorder, depending on the severity of your symptoms or how long you’ve had this issue, generally I would recommend 1 x a week for 4-6 weeks and them start a maintenance program of either every 2 weeks to 1 x a month. Receiving regular reflexology sessions can keep your body in balance and functioning optimally. With this in mind, if you can’t afford to have that many sessions so close in a row, you can spread them out farther apart in the beginning and still see positive results, it just might take longer.
