As a mom of three (ages 6, 4, and 2), I’ve learned how impactful it is for my kids to see me prioritizing movement. Staying active gives me the energy to keep up with the chaos of motherhood and allows me to connect with my children in a meaningful way. Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated—it can be playful, engaging, and something we share together.
That’s why I’m thrilled to introduce the Mommy & Me Fit class this February. Designed for moms and kids ages 12 months to 5 years, this class is all about making movement fun and accessible. Each session will include age-appropriate activities for the kids and simple yet effective exercises for moms. From playful stretching to partner movements and fun cardio bursts, the focus is on moving together and enjoying the experience.
